Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY - KHEPRI PRINTS

All products sold by Khepri Prints are digital downloads.  Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been sent.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will offer a replacement file or refund in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong file due to our error
• The download link failed to work and we are unable to resolve the issue

Before you buy
We encourage you to review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.  Ensure you have ordered the size and image you want.  Please note colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer settings.

Consumer rights

As a UK-based business, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
